Redding/Easton begins play in the 10-year-old District One softball tournament on Wednesday against District Three champion Seymour at Bridgeport's Black Rock (5:30 p.m.)
On Thursday, Redding/Easton takes on District Four winner North Branford. On Saturday, it plays District Two winner Fairfield, then closes out pool play on Monday against District Five winner Wallingford.
