Weston Burglars Sentenced
The burglars were originally charged with home invasion, which would have carried at least a 10-year prison sentence

WESTON, CT — Three people were sentenced to four years in prison for their roles in a Weston burglary that occurred in September 2016.
The defendants had a home invasion charge dropped that would have carried a mandatory 10-year minimum charge, according to the News-Times.
Leequaje Jackson, 21, Francis Tarik, 18 and Cameron King, 17, broke into a Hidden Spring Drive home that was occupied by the owner at the time. They lost the keys to the getaway car in the chaos and were easily captured.
