Weston EMS Might Get Its Own HQ
The EMTs have already pledged $750,000, raised from donations, to the project

WESTON. CT -- The Board of Selectmen, at their July 5 meeting, unanimously approved a proposal which would give Weston Emergency Medical Services their own headquarters, The Aspetuck News is reporting.
The facility would be housed in an addition to the Weston firehouse on Norfield Road, and would include sleeping accommodations as well as office space. EMS would share bathrooms, kitchen and meeting facilities with the firehouse.
Weston EMS has pledged $750,000, raised from donations, to the project. The remainder, estimated at $350,000, would be funded by the town.
