Weston FD Responds to Multiple Car, Oil Tanker Crashes
The Friday snow storm caught school districts -- and motorists -- by surprise.
WESTON, CT — The Weston Volunteer Fire Department had its hands full on Friday morning.
Crews responded to a single car accident caused by icy conditions on Kellogg Hill Road. Weston Volunteer EMS transported the vehicle's sol occupant to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
In the same busy time frame, a car collided with an oil tanker on Blue Spruce Circle. "Fortunately no one was injured and the oil tanker remained intact," the fire department reported
