Weston, Redding & Easton Coronavirus Updates: 141 Confirmed Cases
Here are the latest, local updates on how the coronavirus outbreak is impacting Weston, Easton and Redding.
WESTON/REDDING/EASTON, CT — The Connecticut Department of Public Health has confirmed 59 active cases of the new coronavirus in Weston, 55 in Redding and 27 in Easton on Wednesday.
Statewide, Connecticut once again saw a double-digit decrease in the net number of coronavirus hospitalizations. Additionally, nearly 100 more people died from virus complications. There were 67 lest patients hospitalized for COVID-19 between Friday and Saturday.
There were another 98 coronavirus-related deaths, which brings the state's total to 1,862. Another 661 people tested positive out of 3,564 tests.
