Weston Traffic Alert: New Stop Sign Creates New 4-Way Intersection

Weston, CT- Weston Police Chief Troxell is asking drivers to take notice that there is a new 4-way intersection in town.

A new stop sign has been placed at Godfrey Road West at Pent Road and at Old Orchard Road making it a 4-way stop. The new bridge is in between.

Old Mill Road in front of the Cobbs Mill Inn is used for north and southbound traffic with the entrance and exit from the parking area and the two cross walks in between.

These new stop signs with “Stop Ahead” signs have been approved by the Weston Board of Police Commissioners.
