2 New Yorkers Arrested In Separate Bank Scams In Westport: Police
One hit a TD Bank, the other a Webster Bank, according to Westport police.

WESTPORT, CT — Two New Yorkers were arrested by Westport police in recent days in connection with separate incidents in which authorities said the two were involved in scamming a pair of local banks.
In the first case, Trudi Reppi, 46, of New York City, was arrested on a warrant Friday on charges of fourth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and conspiracy.
Westport police said that Reppi is a suspect in a fraudulent withdrawal of money from a Webster Bank in Westport, after Wilton police said that Reppi admitted to the crime after she was arrested there in connection with a similar incident the same day in January.
