"Last seen wearing a black top and black pants," Westport police wrote in a statement. "Possibly in the company of his biological uncle, Danny Frazier."
Westport police added:
"Messiah was last seen with his Uncle (Danny Frazier) when they were dropped off at a Barber Shop in Norwalk, CT between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. Reports are that Frazier then left the child unsupervised and went to a bank, check cashing store, and cell phone store (all in Norwalk, CT). [Danny] Frazier is a known drug addict/convicted felon and not the biological father of Messiah. [Danny] Frazier does not have custody of Messiah. Attempts to locate [Danny] Frazier have been unsuccessful and the safety and security of the child are of grave concern."
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Messiah or Danny Frazier are urged to contact the Westport Police Department at 203-341-6000.
