$25,000 Winning Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Sold In Westport

The lucky ticket was sold by a Post Road East retailer, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

WESTPORT, CT — An unnamed Shelton resident is $25,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket purchased Westport, the Connecticut Lottery announced.

On Friday, the person claimed a winning Pinball Wizard 2nd Edition ticket that was bought at Westport Fuel & Snacks at 786 Post Road East.

The Connecticut Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent, in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112, according to officials.

The game, which costs $10 per ticket, began in December 2025, and as of Tuesday, three grand prizes of $100,000 remained unclaimed. Additionally, three second-place prizes of $25,000 were also unclaimed.

More than 3.1 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.54.
