3 Dozen Hired For Westport Schools This Year: Report

WESTPORT, CT — Students are not the only ones becoming accustomed to new school surroundings in Westport this year, three dozen new staffers are also starting in the district this year, reports the Westport News.

Several new teachers and three administrators are among those who were hired by the district over the summer, and about a half-dozen more could be added in throughout the year, according to officials.

Most of the teachers were hired for the middle and high school and special education, writes the publication.
