Among the applications, the board is scheduled to consider a request involving 41 Jennie Lane, where Kathleen Poirier, on behalf of property owners Lisa Mileto and Todd Morrison, is seeking a variance to retain the creation of steep slopes exceeding 20 percent. The property is in a Residence AA District.

At 19 Gault Ave., property owners Raymond and Lynn Stack are seeking variances related to the creation of steep slopes exceeding 20 percent, grading within 5 feet of a property line, setbacks and total coverage. The application seeks permission to retain and reinforce two retaining walls and a patio. The property is in a Residence A District.

The board is also scheduled to hear an application for 34 Sasco Creek Road. Cindy Tyminski of Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of property owner Kramer Family Trust, is seeking variances involving setbacks, vertical expansion of a structure within setbacks and nonconforming new construction.

The application would modify a previously granted variance to allow the main roofline to be raised by 1 foot. The property is in a Residence AAA District.

At 37 Oak View Circle, Cesar Vertiz, on behalf of property owners Abhimukta and Sarmishtha Banerjee, is seeking setback and coverage variances to retain an existing 132-square-foot accessory building for use as a home office. The property is in the Mobile Home Park District.

The fifth public hearing concerns 1 Raymond Place, where Neil Hauck, AIA, on behalf of property owner Carlos De Lasa, is seeking variances involving the expansion of a nonconforming building within setbacks, nonconforming lot setbacks and other setback requirements. The application calls for additions to the single-family residence in a Residence A District.

Following the public hearings, the board is scheduled to hold a work session covering new business, old business and other Zoning Board of Appeals business.
