Back To School: Westport 2023-24 School Calendar

WESTPORT, CT — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Westport, with the 2023-24 calendar available to help parents prepare for the first day in Westport Public Schools.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Westport Public Schools

First Day: Aug. 29

Labor Day: Sept. 4

Yom Kippur: Sept. 25

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 23-24 (early dismissal, Nov. 22)

Winter Break: Dec. 25-Jan. 1 (early dismissal, Dec. 22)

February Recess: Feb. 19-23

Spring Break: April 15-19

Last Day: June 12 (early dismissal)

Students are scheduled for 182 days; teachers for 187 days.
