BioSig Technologies is Providing an Internship Program

BioSig Technologies, a medical device company with headquarters located in Westport, CT​, is investing in an internship program.

BioSig Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSGM), is a medical device company with headquarters in Westport, CT, that develops a proprietary biomedical signal processing platform designed to improve signal fidelity and uncover the full range of ECG and intra-cardiac signals.

The company has announced that its founder, Chairman & CEO Kenneth L Londoner is making a gift to New York-based Union College in order to support the school’s growing internship program.

Large number of students joined BioSig’s internship program. This is a highly immersive internship experience. This experience gives students an opportunity to enhance their professional interests in an entrepreneurial environment.

Students work on numerous advanced projects, during their summers at BioSig. The projects range from researching novel therapies and clinical study breakthroughs, to preparing business plans and corporate presentations, to analyzing international healthcare landscapes and policy standards.

Interns get paid to offset their living expenses and tuition fees in order to address the ongoing student debt crisis.

Funds will be used by the Union College, to support internships through its Becker Career Center.
Over the period from 2018 to 2019, Union students were recruited for 1,573 internship opportunities. These opportunities include summer community internships and admissions scholars’ internships programs, as well as Making U Possible: The Presidential Initiative for Scholarship and Immersive Excellence.

This initiative ensures that was created the last fall. It ensures that talented students from all backgrounds can afford a Union education. Moreover, it ensured that the students are able to take full advantage of opportunities in and out of the classroom, including internships.
The Union President David R. Harris said that they are grateful to BioSig Technologies and its founder and CEO, Kenneth Londoner for the extraordinary gift. Thanks to the generosity and philanthropy of BioSig Technologies, they will be able to significantly increase internship opportunities and create new experiences for their students.

BioSig Technologies feels that their duty is to help future generations launch their careers. Also, BioSig feels that it is important to allow them to contribute to society by creating meaningful jobs and introducing impactful solutions.

In 2019 BioSig Technologies has received over 250 applications for eight internship positions.
