The State Medical Examining Board has recommended reinstating the license of a former radiologist from Westport.

WESTPORT, CT — On Tuesday, the State Medical Examining Board recommended reinstating the license of a former radiologist from Westport who allegedly lied about travel expenses while working at John Hopkins University, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.

Kate Farrish of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports Dr. Jean-Francois Geschwind surrendered his license last year and served a year and a day in prison.
