Bridgewater Executive Denies Misconduct Allegations

A Wall Street Journal report said the company paid $1 million to an employee after misconduct, but the executive denied the allegations.

WESTPORT, CT — A Bridgewater Executive denied allegations reported by the Wall Street Journal that the company paid more than $1 million to an employee who accused him of misconduct.

Greg Jensen, co-chief investment officer of the hedge fund said the accusations of his behavior are inaccurate, according to the Greenwich Time. A company spokesman told the Wall Street Journal that the story is a misrepresentation of what occurred.

Bridgewater Associates is the world's largest hedge fund and is headquarted in Westport.
