WESTPORT, CT — Brooks Corner, one of Westport's landmark commercial properties, was recently sold, according to Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, which represented the buyer, ARC, Inc., a Massachusetts-based real estate acquisition, development and management company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate were the brokers representing ARC.

Westfair Inc., the seller, was represented by Joanna Manfro of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.

The iconic property, located at 136 Main St., is approximately 23,954 square feet and centrally located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Westport.

Among its current retailers are Brooks Brothers, Lux Bond & Green jewelers and birddogs. Several offices occupy the second floor representing financial services, trading and leisure activities, according to Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate.
