First Church is pleased to announce the fall schedule for its 2026-2027 Music in the Meetinghouse series.
MTM's first concert takes place on Sunday, Sept. 27 and features concert with acclaimed concert pianist Benita Rose titled Two Poles: Music of Frederic Chopin & Tomasz Kowalczyk
Fresh from her fifth world tour, Rose will present the music of Poland's most distinguished composer, Frederic Chopin. She will juxtapose selections by Chopin with the contemporary music of a living Polish talent, the composer, pianist, poet, and author Tomasz Kowalczyk.
Later this fall, on Nov. 15, MTM celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States as we present the Kalish-Walker Duo in American Dreams, a concert that will feature the work of an array of noteworthy American composers.
Tickets for all Music in the Meetinghouse performances are available at the door only at $30 for adults; $20 for seniors and $10 for student.
