City Shuts Down Noiise Sports Bar Following Shooting
Three people were shot and injured early Sunday.

MERIDEN, CT - City officials have shut down the night spot Noiise, following last weekend's shooting that left several people injured.
On his Twitter page, Eric Cotton, managing editor of the Record-Journal, posted a photo of the sign posted on the door of the bar Wednesday.

The closing, however, is due to delinquent taxes and an illegal water hookup, according to the Record-Journal.
When the bar might reopen is not immediately known.
Three people were shot and injured inside the bar, and one person injured her foot in the melee, early Sunday.
