Closure of Church Lane in Westport This Week

WESTPORT, CT — Church Lane in Westport, from the intersection at Elm Street to the Post Road East, will be closed on November 2 and 3rd for road grading and paving, according to officials.

The road will close at 7 a.m. on Nov. 2 and not reopen until after 5 p.m. on Nov. 3.

"General vehicular traffic will be detoured via Elm Street," officials wrote in a statement. "The section of Church Lane from Myrtle Avenue to Elm Street will remain open. Drivers are urged to use caution, expect potential delays and seek alternate routes."
