Coleytown Middle School Students Receive Poetry Honors
The two Westport students had their poems read at 2016 Trumbull Arts Festival Literary Competition.
WESTPORT, CT — Two Coleytown Middle School students recently received honorable mention awards in the Middle School Poetry division of the 2016 Trumbull Arts Festival Literary Competition.
Excerpts of Michelle Kaminski's poem "A Paper Journey," and Charlotte Zhang's poem "United as One," were read during a ceremony at the Trumbull Public Library on September 11.
The students' teacher is Paul Ferrante, according to Westport school officials.
