Construction Begins May 9 On King's Highway North In Westport

WESTPORT, CT— Westport Police Department: Beginning Thursday, May 9, through Thursday May 16, 2019 construction work will be conducted on King’s Highway North between Main Street and Canal Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The roadway will be closed to through traffic during those hours however, residences and businesses located within the work zone will be accessible.

Traffic will be detoured from King’s Highway North to Main Street and vice versa via Canal Street.

Dependent on how quickly the work progresses, this overnight work schedule may be extended into Thursday May 23 and/or Friday May 24.
