Cushman & Wakefield Brokers Lease At Westport Office Building

From Cushman & Wakefield: Cushman & Wakefield, the leasing agent for 320 Post Road West, Westport, CT announced a lease arrangement with The Ment Law Group, LLC, a travel oriented and broad based civil litigation practice law firm. New England Consulting Group, MJP Wealth Advisors and Encina Business Credit round out the recent leases to bring occupancy to just under 90%. Longtime law firm tenant, Cohen & Wolf, P.C. extended its lease and is part of the new 320 Post Road experience.

One space remains on the 2nd floor that measures 2,700 SF.

Owners and longtime former Westport residents Bill and Susan Mirbach invested over $1 million in the remarkable renovation of the property at 320 Post Road West. Bill started a marketing services agency, which was located here that grew to over 50 people. He sold the company and it continues today as Crossbow Group located in Westport.
