About SoNo Ice House Skating Rinks
The SoNo Ice House is a full season skating/hockey facility with an elite gym, pro shop and restaurant. We offer public skating, stick & puck, learn to skate, hockey camps, clinics and leagues. T he SoNo Ice House is the home of the CT Roughriders and the CT Oil Kings - these programs are for beginner to elite players from 4-21 years old.
