Distracted Driving Hashbrown Case Going To Trial
A man claims he was wrongly ticketed for distracted driving when he was eating a hashbrown.

WESTPORT, CT — A Westport man who claims he was wrongly ticketed for distracted driving is taking his case to court again. Jason Stiber claims he was eating a hashbrown and not talking on his phone when he was pulled over in town.
Stiber got a $300 ticket for distracted driving in April and took his case to a magistrate judge who found him guilty, according to The Hour.
He said he has bluetooth and provided phone records that show he wasn't talking at the time.
