Staples High School enrollment recently swelled to 1,900 students.
The school was built for 1,800 students, according to Westport Now. Things like meeting rooms have been transformed into classrooms and there will also be a classroom in the library.
Superintendent Elliott Landon said that enrollment will continue to increase as people realize Staples provides a great level of education. Some who would normally go to private school have instead opted for Staples.
