This course consists of 3 sessions which provide a solid informational and experiential exploration of meditation. The class is designed especially for those beginning meditation, but can be valuable and informative for many experienced sitters. We will draw from the buddhist meditation tradition of Shamatha meditation.
This Group will meet Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm:

Cost of Attendance: $40 for all 3 sessions
Full payment is required to reserve a spot in the workshop.
Refund policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance, will receive a full refund. No refunds/credits for cancellations made less than 72 hours.
If you incur an injury, have a medical emergency, which prevents you from participating in the workshop you registered for it can be applied to a future workshop, doctor’s note required.
