Bottlerocket Wine & Spirit is getting into the “back to school” spirit by offering an in-store yoga class followed by cocktails – and it’s all free! Bring your own mat and enjoy an hour-long class led by local instructor Christina Nicole, then relax with a sparkling wine cocktail and a classic Bloody Mary afterwards. The event is Saturday, September 15th from Noon to 2pm.

Christina Nicole is a certified teacher who offers private and group instruction in Vinyasa and restorative yoga. She focuses on well-balanced Vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on healthy alignment, therapeutic instruction, and lots of laughter. She encourages the alignment of intellectual and physical pursuits with a sincere and heartfelt approach to yoga.
