Fall Fashion & Beauty Day In Downtown Westport Sept. 26

WESTPORT, CT — The Westport Downtown Merchants Association is hosting Fall Fashion & Beauty Day throughout the downtown shopping district from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, organizers announced.

The event, which is a sidewalk sale-type of offering, is designed to give shoppers access to the area's many fashion and beauty retailers, who have been told they can bring items and fixtures to the sidewalks and into the streets to create more space for shopping, according to organizers.

"All of Main Street, Elm Street and Church [Lane] will be closed from 9am - 6pm," organizers said of the 26th. "Also, merchants not on one of these streets are being offered spots so the streets will be full. Masks and social distancing rules still apply."
