In Westport, an original theatrical performance about one of the most famous, charismatic Jewish stars of stage and screen, Moishe Oysher.
One of the most famous and charismatic Jewish stars of stage and screen of the early twentieth century was also a cantor, and his name was Moishe Oysher. On March 29th, at the Westport Town Hall at 3pm, Temple Israel of Westport, CT Fine Arts Committee and Temple Shalom of Norwalk, CT will co-host an amazing, original theatrical performance about this incredible entertainer.
Featuring Cantor Arik Luck as Moyshe Oisher, special guest stars and a full brass band, we will get a true taste of the music and magic of this legendary performer. This one-time Moishe Oysher performance is a joyful celebration for all ages that you will not want to miss!
