New Women's Wellness Center Me, Myself & I Opens in Westport
"Our goal is to emphasize the health and well-being of the whole individual," according to the owners.
WESTPORT, CT — A new woman's wellness center called Me, Myself & I has opened at Sasco Mill Waterfall, 1869 Post Road East, in Westport.
The facility features small-group personal fitness training, meditation, life coaching/psycho therapy, massage and yoga, emphasizing the "the health and well-being of the whole individual," according to the owners.
“We are very excited that this unique wellness center for women has found a presence in Westport to serve its clients," said Westport First Selectman Jim Marpe in a statement during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday. "Our community wishes them much success."
