Newman's Own Foundation Leases Building To CT Community Bank
Penny Wickey and Daniel Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC represented Newman's Own Foundation.
WESTPORT, CT — Westport-based Newman's Own Foundation recently leased one of its properties, 1111 Post Road East, to Connecticut Community Bank, announced Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC which handled the deal.
The building, which measures 4,147 square feet, is located on the corner of the Post Road East and Morningside Drive and formerly held a TD Bank.
Connecticut Community Bank is moving its Westport branch, currently located at 1495 Post Road East, to the new location.

Connecticut Community Bank, based in Norwalk, is a full-service community bank and mortgage provider serving customers in the state. It was founded in 1998.
