Obituary: Andrew Padula, 100, Of Westport

Andrew Padula, age 100, of Westport, the loving husband of the late Sue Padula for over 73 years, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 09, 2019.
Born in Westport, Mr. Padula was a lifelong resident. He was Vice President of Production at the Bigelow Tea Company for many years and enjoyed his travels for the company to Japan, Germany, Italy and the contiguous U.S.

He was a wonderful person, loved by everyone. His family and friends meant everything to him and he enjoyed getting together with them on a weekly basis. Mr. Padula also enjoyed tinkering in his workshop, building birdhouses and working on other projects.
Mr. Padula is survived by his two loving and devoted children, Andrea Padula of Westport and John Padula of Fairfield; his brother-in-law, Donald Seaman of Easton; his nephew, James R. Padula and his wife, Colleen of Riverside and two great-nephews, Scott and Jamie Padula of Stamford. He was predeceased by his sisters, Molly M. Padula, Florence M. Padula, Carol Padula, Lena Padula Stillman and Katherine Padula Seaman; and, his brother, James Padula and his wife, Millicent.
