Evelyn Hope O’Mara was born at 7:41am on Saturday, April 3, at Yale New Haven Hospital to loving parents Kasey Panetta and Shawn O’Mara. She passed peacefully Sunday, April 4, in the arms of her family.

She is survived by her sister Thea, grandparents (Bonnie and Mike Panetta, and Fran and Jamie O’Mara), aunts and uncles (Danielle O’Mara, David Panetta, Shannon and Eric Nagele), cousins (Lily, Cora, and Iris) and friends and family. The family is holding a private graveside ceremony to celebrate her life.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Neonatal ICU Fund at Yale New Haven Hospital.
