WESTPORT, CT — A mother/daughter duo has opened a paleo cafe in Westport. Cindy and Danielle Hartog are both classically trained chefs that switched to a paleo diet after being diagnosed with autoimmune disorders.
NewBrook Kitchen and Artisan Market opened in June, according to the Hour.
Paleo food is free of gluten, cow's milk, soy, corn and artificial ingredients.
