Popular Organic Grocery Store Planned For Westport: Report
The Westport store would be the chain's first in Connecticut.
WESTPORT, CT — Spouts Farmers Market, the popular grocery store chain that specializes in organic foods, is planning to open its first Connecticut location in Westport, CT Insider reported.
The grocer has reportedly applied to build a 25,000-square-footstore at 1460 Post Road East, where a Pier 1 Imports store once stood, and now holds a BevMax store and Julian's Pizza Bar & Kitchen.
Those two businesses and a wellness facility would be moved under the proposal for the new Sprouts store.
