Public Information Meeting Set In Westport On Cross Highway Safety

Information from the Town of Westport:

WESTPORT, CT — The Town of Westport will host a Public Information Meeting (PIM) on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium (110 Myrtle Avenue) to discuss the traffic and safety improvement measures planned along Cross Highway from North Avenue to Bayberry Lane. The Design Phase is mostly complete, and the project is moving into the Construction Phase.

This meeting will be an opportunity to review the proposed improvements and learn how the
Town will be implementing them. There will also be time to discuss and ask questions regarding
any proposed impacts to the neighborhood.

The meeting will include residents and Town of Westport representatives, including Department
of Public Works Engineering staff and the Design Engineer, who will present their most recent
design plans.
