St. Vincent's Announces Karen Kaiser as Vice President of Philanthropy

St. Vincent's Medical Center is proud to announce Karen Kaiser as the Vice President of Philanthropy.

St. Vincent’s Medical Center is proud to announce Karen Kaiser as the Vice President of Philanthropy for Hartford HealthCare’s Fairfield Region.

Karen is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience working with local, federal and state leaders, boards of directors, boards of trustees, academic faculty and senior executive management. Karen most recently served as the Senior Director of Development at Fairfield University where she secured the largest university unrestricted Planned Gift in the history of the university.

She has also served as the Director of Economic Development for the town of Stratford where she developed a new Economic Development Department to increase the town’s tax base in an incredibly competitive environment. In this role, she oversaw the Building/Engineering, Planning & Zoning and Community & Economic Development departments and managed over $13 million in department budgets.

Karen is also a partner and co-founder of Strategic Initiatives, LLC, a consulting firm with clients that include Fordham University, the Diocese of Bridgeport, Union Community Health Center and NY Presbyterian Columbia Children’s Hospital.

Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Fairfield University.
