Staples High School Evacuated on Report of Freon Gas Leak
A report of a leak of freon gas caused Staples High School to be evacuated around noon Wednesday.

Staples High School was evacuated as firefighters responded to a report of a freon gas leak in the building, NBC Connecticut reported.
The refrigerant gas leak was reported in the basement, and no injuries resulted, according to WestportNow.com, which also said the evacuation lasted about 90 minutes.
