Staples High School Wins Class LL Boys State Lacrosse Championship
The Wreckers faced off against the Darien High School Blue Wave over the weekend.
WESTPORT, CT — By the final score of 7-6, the Staples High School Wreckers defeated the Darien High School Blue Wave over the weekend to win the boys Class LL state lacrosse championship.
The Wreckers, who lost to Darien during the regular season, avenged that defeat on Saturday at the stadium at Fairfield University.
