The prestigious award recognizes Tormey for her dedicated contribution to the E-Source franchise system. Since June 2011, she has been making a difference in the lives of entrepreneurs across the Westport area. After making the decision to leave a successful corporate career in New York, Tormey said goodbye to city life and relocated to Fairfield, Conn. to raise her children. Years later, when she felt it was time to re-enter the workforce, Tormey was on the hunt for a career path that would give her the flexibility and family-friendly atmosphere that the corporate market could not. So, when long-time friend Cindy O’Mally took over the E-Source of Westport, Tormey knew she had found the perfect fit.
