Traffic Advisory Issued For Fairfield Half Marathon: Westport PD

WESTPORT, CT — The Fairfield Half Marathon will take place Sunday, during which a portion of the race will come through Westport.

According to police, the following roads will be impacted between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.:

• Greens Farms Road
• New Creek Road
• Beachside Avenue

Police said travelers should expect heavy delays on the above mentioned streets. Additionally, access to the Greens Farms Train Station may be limited during the height of the race.

The police department asks drivers to use extra caution when traveling through the effected roads.
