Voter Registration Session Announced In Westport

WESTPORT, CT — The Westport Registrars of Voters will hold a voter enrollment session on Friday, July 24, to allow unregistered people to register to vote in the Aug. 11 Connecticut Primary.

Registrars Deborah Gruskin-Greenberg and Maria Louise Signore will hold the session from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Westport Town Hall, Room 107. Westport Town Hall is located at 110 Myrtle Ave.

To vote in a primary in Connecticut, a voter must be registered with either the Democratic or Republican Party.

In addition to the unregistered enrolling to vote, the registrars will also hear requests by persons removed to add their names to the registry list (Connecticut General Statute 9-17).
