WESTPORT, CT — The town will begin its 2016 road paving project on Monday, Sept. 26, Westport Director of Public Works Steve Edwards announced.
More than a dozen roads are scheduled to receive milling and paving operations for a few weeks, and residents of the affected roads are requested to park off of the street during the milling and paving process so as to not impede the work crews.
Advance notice and "‘NO PARKING" signs will be posted on the streets approximately 24 hours prior to the start of operations. The work should be complete by early November, weather permitting.
