Westport Commercial Realtor Books Auto Parts Lease Deals In CT
Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represented O'Reilly Auto Parts in three deals in Connecticut and three more in New England.
WESTPORT, CT — Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently represented O’Reilly Auto Parts in three lease deals in Connecticut, according to Dan Neaton and Nate Greenberg, who negotiated the agreements.
In Connecticut, Westport-based SCRE secured commercial deals for O’Reilly for the following retail leases:
- 7,300 square feet in Norwalk
- 9,378 square feet in Bridgeport
- 10,000 square feet in Danbury
Besides the Connecticut deals, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate also represented O’Reilly Auto Parts in lease deals in Brockton (35,000 square feet) and Haverhill (10,144 square feet), Massachusetts, and 6,600 square feet in Plaistow, New Hampshire.
