The Westport Community Theatre Announces 'And Then There Were None'
Classic Agatha Christie Mystery Thrills Lovers of Suspense

The Westport Community Theatre is proudly presenting Agatha Christie’s play And Then There Were None in the month of April, and is promising to keep audience members in suspense right up to the end of the show. Donna McLaughlin Wyant, seasoned director and actress of TV, stage and film, directs this thrilling and riveting production, produced by Joan Lasprogato.
And Then There Were None is the world’s best-selling mystery ever and widely considered to be Christie’s masterpiece. Her stage adaptation of this dark and captivating tale thrills and enthralls, as murder unfolds on a remote island off the coast of Devon, England. A group of 10 strangers lured to the home of an eccentric millionaire discover upon arrival that their host is missing. At dinner a recorded message is played accusing each of them in turn of having a guilty secret and by the end of the evening, the 10 guests become nine. Stranded on the island by a torrential storm and haunted by an ancient nursery rhyme, one by one the guests begin to die. Only the fallen are believed to be innocent, leaving the audience wondering who amongst them is the killer.
Wyant’s recent work includes directing Rogers and Hart: A Celebration in Old Greenwich and producing God of Carnage at the Darien Arts Center. She has also produced I’m Not Rappaport and Frost-Nixon at the Westport Community Theatre. “This is truly a stellar cast that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats,” says Wyant, an alumna of the HB Studio and student of Uta Hagen. Her cast includes Matt Catalano, Elayne Mordoff, Brodey Ott, Kimberley Lowden, Jonathan Jacobson, Phil Lorenzo, Frederic Tisch, John Pyron, Carole Kaye, Barry Alan Hatrick and Nick Kaye.
