WESTPORT, CT – SCRE was the Exclusive Landlord Broker representing Westminster Realty LLC in signing a multi-year lease for 181,697 RSF of warehouse space at 95 Aubuchon Drive, Westminster, MA with Walmart Stores East LP. The property was chosen after an extensive RFP process eliminated several dozen other potential locations. Walmart will commence operations in December 2019 and will utilize the space as their Boston Market warehouse and distribution center. We aggressively marketed this unique property and generated significant Tenant interest. However, it was critical to find the right match – the right tenant and the right fit.
