Westport Company Sells Florida Medical Campus For $20.4 Million

WESTPORT, CT — Westport-based Gault Family Companies sold a 5.2-acre medical campus in Naples, Florida for $20.4 million, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, which brokered the deal, announced.

The Southbrooke Medical Campus in Naples was sold to MMRE Acquisitions LLC, also known as Montecito Medical. The transaction closed in the first quarter of 2026, according to the company.

Gault Family Companies acquired the 5.2-acre undeveloped parcel on Immokalee Road in November 2020. Penny P. Wickey, principal of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, represented the company in the acquisition.

The property was later developed into a 40,000-square-foot medical campus with two buildings at 6750 and 6770 Immokalee Road.

Wickey represented Gault Family Companies in the off-market sale of the property to Montecito Medical.

Wickey also partnered with Naples-based LQ Commercial Real Estate to oversee leasing for the project. The companies said the property reached full occupancy by mid-June 2024.
