Westport Considers Medical Marijuana Dispensaries
A public hearing will be held on the proposal.

WESTPORT, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposal to allow medical marijuana dispensaries in town on May 18.
The proposal would allow dispensaries in commercial districts so long as they are located 1,000 feet away from schools, daycare centers, parks, public buildings and houses of worship. Dispensaries would also have to meet Connecticut's laws for operation and licensing. To sign up for Westport breaking news alerts and more, click here.
