Westport Coronavirus: Saugatuck, Green Farms Rail Stations Closed
Trains are still running, but the stations temporarily are closed to the public.

WESTPORT, CT — The Greens Farms and Saugatuck train station buildings in Westport are closed until further notice in the continuing effort against the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), according to the Westport Police Department.
Though the two stations are closed to the public, in both cases, it will not impact normal Metro-North rail service and operations at these locations.
"This closure is in response to the current COVID-19 outbreak and is an additional safeguard to keep groups from congregating in close contact," said Westport police officials in a statement. "The timeframe for their eventual re-opening is unknown at this time, but will announced."
