Westport Couple Sues Police for Video Surveillance
The couple accuses police of invading their privacy.
A Westport couple filed a lawsuit against Westport Police alleging that they set-up video surveillance after neighbors filed baseless complaints.
John and Alison Borg said there has been a neighborhood feud and that cameras were installed by police after January, according to Fox CT. The fued stems from a battle over easement between properties.
The cameras were set-up on two nearby properties.
